As in past years, the Philadelphia Office of Mental Retardation Services (MRS) has contracted with Networks to provide a variety of opportunities to explore innovative ideas and practices. Additionally, Networks and Philadelphia Coordinated Health Care (PCHC) have teamed up to provide current information on changing health-related issues.
